Trade & Wholesale

The taste of home, supplied by the case.

We bake and butcher in-house for pubs, legions, restaurants, hotels, golf clubs, caterers and local shops across Ontario — the same recipes our customers have trusted for years, now on your menu.

When a guest orders a steak pie or a plate of sausage and mash in an Ontario pub, legion or club, there is a good chance it started in one of our kitchens. British Pride Bakery is a family-run bakery and butchery with nine stores across the province, and behind those shops is a working production operation built to supply the trade — consistent, traditional and made at scale without losing the hand-made character.

If you run a venue, a kitchen or a shop, you already know the difference between a proper British pie and a frozen box that could have come from anywhere. We make the real thing: hand-cut sirloin in the pies, puff pastry rolled for the sausage rolls, and butchery specialties like haggis, black pudding and square sausage produced the traditional way. Tell us what you need and how often you need it, and we will make ordering the easy part.

Why British Pride Bakery

Made in-house, delivered consistently

Made & cut in-house

Nothing is outsourced. Our bakery and butchery products are made by us, the way they should be — so what you serve is genuinely ours.

Consistency you can plan around

The same recipes, the same case sizes, the same standard every single order. Menus stay reliable and re-ordering is simple.

Scale across Ontario

Nine Ontario locations and a production kitchen mean we can support single venues and multi-site accounts alike.

A proper recipe heritage

Our butchery carries on the Crawford’s legacy — traditional haggis, black pudding and square sausage, made the old way.

Frozen or bake-off ready

Choose frozen cases for the freezer or bake-off formats for fresh-from-the-oven results with almost no waste.

01

Who we supply

We work with venues and businesses that want a dependable British range on the menu or the shelf, delivered with the consistency a kitchen depends on.

  • Pubs, legions and social clubs serving proper British plates
  • Restaurants and hotels building British or comfort-food menus
  • Golf clubs, event organisers and caterers feeding a crowd
  • Independent grocers, delis and farm shops stocking a British range
  • Cafes and lunch counters after fresh sausage rolls, pasties and pies
02

What we make — the bakery

Our bakery covers the British classics a kitchen actually reaches for, baked from scratch and supplied frozen for you to finish, or ready-baked where it suits your service.

The range spans meat pies (hand-cut sirloin in gravy, ale, mushroom and more), award-winning pork pies, sausage rolls in flaky puff pastry, pasties, scones and Scottish breads, and a full cabinet of cakes and sweets — from Victoria sponge to empire biscuits and eccles cakes.

  • Meat pies, Scotch pies and large sharing pies
  • Beef and pork sausage rolls, Cornish and traditional pasties
  • Plain, fruit, cheese, tattie and soda scones; Scottish loaves and morning rolls
  • Cakes, tarts and traybakes for the counter or the dessert menu
03

What we make — the butchery

Our butchery carries on the Crawford’s tradition, producing British breakfast and supper favourites in-house using traditional recipes and methods.

This is where we stand apart from a general distributor. Haggis, black pudding and square sausage are hard to source done properly in Canada — we make them the way they should be made, and supply them by the case.

  • Haggis — traditional slice and balls formats
  • Black pudding and Scottish sliced (square) sausage
  • Pork bangers, beef links, fruit pudding and vegetable roll
  • English bacon and other breakfast and fry-up staples
04

Why kitchens order from us

We are not a middleman moving boxes. We bake and butcher what we sell, which means the quality on your plate is something we control from recipe to case.

  • In-house production — real recipes, not re-badged imports
  • Consistency you can plate every service, week after week
  • Scale to match a busy venue, an event or a store’s shelf
  • A nine-store Ontario footprint and a team that knows the trade
  • Straightforward, repeatable re-ordering once you are set up
05

Formats built for service

Wholesale lines come in case and pack formats designed for a working kitchen — frozen cases you bake to order for a fresh-from-the-oven result, ready-baked packs, and butchery in multi-packs by weight.

Case and pack sizes vary by product; we will walk you through the right format and quantities for your service when you enquire. Contact for wholesale pricing.

Haggis, Burns Night & Christmas

Two dates fill our order book, and both reward planning ahead. For Burns Night on 25 January, legions, pubs, hotels and caterers across Ontario come to us for traditional haggis to serve the Scottish way — and demand is high, so early orders secure supply.

Christmas brings its own rush: pies, sausage rolls, pork pies and festive butchery for menus, buffets and hampers. If Burns Night or the holidays matter to your venue, talk to us well in advance and we will build your order around the date.

Wholesale & trade

Let’s talk about your order

Tell us your venue, the lines you’re after and roughly how often you’ll order, and we’ll put together a range and available formats to suit your kitchen. Contact us for wholesale pricing and to set up a trade account — and if Burns Night or Christmas is on your calendar, reach out early so we can reserve your haggis and festive lines.

Trade questions

Wholesale, answered

We supply venues, caterers and retailers across Ontario from our nine-store footprint and production kitchens. Delivery and collection arrangements depend on your location and order size — get in touch and we’ll sort out the logistics that work for you.

Pricing depends on the products, the case or pack formats and your ordering volume, so we quote it directly rather than list it publicly. Contact us for wholesale pricing and we’ll build a quote around what your kitchen actually needs.

Yes — these are two of our busiest periods and we supply haggis for Burns Night (25 January) and a full festive range at Christmas to pubs, legions, hotels, clubs and caterers. Both sell fast, so we recommend placing seasonal orders well in advance to guarantee your supply.
