This website belongs to British Pride Bakery, 25 Struck Court, Cambridge, Ontario N1R 8L2. If you have a question about your information, send us a message through the contact page or email hello@britishpridebakery.com.

Mailing list. If you sign up, we keep your first name, your email address and the shop you chose, so we can send you that shop’s specials, seasonal arrivals and news. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.

Messages. If you use the contact form or send a wholesale enquiry, we keep what you send us (your name, email address, message, and any business details or phone number you add) so we can reply to you.

Shop requests. If you ask for a shop in your town, we keep your email address and the town, so we can count requests and let you know if we open nearby.

Visits. When you open a page, we record the time, your internet (IP) address, the kind of browser and device you use, the page, and the website that sent you here, if any. We use this to understand how the site is used, to keep it secure, and to see which other websites people visit us from. We may compare these records with visits to another website we run, irishfoods.ca. We do this without cookies. Visit records are deleted after 90 days.

Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a program, is sending them. Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy.

Our own team. We also use a few service providers, only to run the site and our email for us: Railway (website hosting and database), Resend (sending and receiving email) and Cloudflare (domain and security checks). Some of them store information outside Canada, including in the United States.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you: send a message through the contact page and we will take care of it.
